Overview
Logix HRIS is a human resources information system offered to companies as a subscription service. I worked on it as part of the Logix team, helping plan features, build them and keep the platform running smoothly.
The challenge
HR teams handle employee records, attendance, leave and other day-to-day paperwork that quickly outgrows spreadsheets. As a SaaS product, the system also had to serve many companies from one codebase while keeping each company's data separate and secure.
What I built
- Database design and back-end features in Laravel, built to support many client companies
- Interactive dashboard screens with Livewire, so HR staff can work without full page reloads
- Ongoing maintenance: bug fixes, new features and updates as customers' needs grew
The result
Companies get one place to manage their HR records, and the product keeps growing on a codebase that is easy to extend.
