Overview
Asahi Willingway prepares Filipino caregivers for work in Japan, from Nihongo training and certification to placement with trusted Japanese eldercare employers. They needed one platform to manage caregivers and connect them with the right employers.
The challenge
Caregiver details, training progress and employer requirements were spread across files and spreadsheets. Matching a caregiver to an employer took a lot of manual checking, and it was easy to miss a good fit.
What I built
- Separate portals for caregivers, employers and admins
- A matching flow that tracks each caregiver from application to interview to placement
- Simple admin screens built with Livewire, so staff can update records without page reloads
The result
The team now manages caregivers, employers and interviews from one dashboard instead of juggling spreadsheets.
